Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the cache-pot.fr website. Any order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are 3D-printed decorative cache-pots made from PLA (polylactic acid) or other specific materials.
⚠️ Usage Warning: These cache-pots are intended exclusively for indoor decorative use or to be used as cache-pots with a watertight inner pot.
They are not designed to hold soil or plants directly, as PLA is sensitive to moisture and does not guarantee durability in direct contact with water or soil.
No warranty can be applied in the event of use not in accordance with this recommendation.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€); the seller is not subject to VAT, so the pre-tax prices are equivalent to the tax-inclusive prices.
cache-pot.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order validation.

Article 4 – Order

Any order will only be taken into account after full payment validation.
No shipment will be made before full payment of the total order amount.

The customer receives a confirmation email upon registration of their order.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery is carried out by the carrier chosen when placing the order, to a collection point or to the customer's home.

Delivery times are indicative. In case of significant delay, the customer can contact customer service for more precise tracking.

If the customer cannot be delivered or does not pick up the package within the time frames provided by the collection points (5 to 7 days), they will be contacted upon the return of the order to the sender.

Return fees are applied by the carrier to the seller (€5 for France, €20 for European countries); these fees may be deducted from the customer's refund if they choose to withdraw (refusal or failure to collect a package does not constitute withdrawal).

Article 6 – Delivery Disputes

Disputes related to delivery by the seller's transport services are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the tracking data of the package and the information provided by the buyer.

Delayed / blocked / lost package: A 72-hour delay is awaited to make an appeal to the carrier, who will provide a precise status of the package's location within one week.

According to the results of the investigation, a solution will be proposed to the buyer (waiting for the package to arrive, refund, new shipment).

Delivery contestation: As packages are handed over against signature/code/ID card, any contestation of proof of delivery to obtain any compensation from the seller must be accompanied by a sworn statement summarizing the situation, proof of identity, and a filing receipt for the acts reported (impersonation in signature/identity theft, theft/concealment).

Damaged or missing merchandise: The seller reminds that at the moment the customer physically takes possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to them. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservation on the delivered package and then to notify the seller, within the minutes following the opening, of any alteration or problem with the parts received.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legal minimum (14 days), the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The product must be returned in its original state, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 3 days following receipt of the return.

Article 8 – Warranties

The products sold comply with current French legislation.
In case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.

Attention: no return or warranty will be accepted for damage linked to improper use, particularly direct contact with soil or moisture.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All content present on cache-pot.fr (texts, photos, logos, visuals) is the exclusive property of cache-pot.fr. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 10 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is intended solely for order processing. It is under no circumstances transferred or sold.
The customer has a right of access, modification, or deletion of their data upon simple request by email.

Article 11 – Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
